"Yo, I'm home!" Cesar dropped his car key on the counter, announcing his arrival across the house to his brother Kevin. The two adult mice lived alone here. "Did you grab dinner or do I order something?" No response. He was probably in his room by now, playing that Super Slosh Bros. videogame alone or with one of his friends. Cesar walked over, knocked on the door, and called. "Bro...?" It sounded like someone was inside, but they didn't reply to him, so he cautiously turned the knob.
He saw someone else instead, a friend of theirs called Henrik, who Kevin would normally hang out with. The cat sitting on the bed had big, scared eyes from Cesar's sudden interruption, but what was taking his attention the most was the large mouse-shaped belly he was sporting, its contents wiggling and calling for help, albeit muffled.
"O-Oh, Cesar...! H-H-Hi, I was – urp – I haven't seen Kevin today...! See, I was waiting for him in here–"
The mouse crossed his arms. "Henrik, did you eat my brother?"
"OHMYGOSH ohmygosh I am sooo – ulp – so sorry...! Y'know he– he– he just jumped into my mouth when I was yawning and– and– Urp!" There was a lot of struggling and muffled screaming coming from his gut.
"Really...? Then why are his clothes on the floor, all shredded?"
"I'M SORRYYYY– hic!" The cat seemed on the verge of crying, but Cesar wasn't sure if those were fake tears or if he was actually feeling sick from the feisty meal. "Ohhh, my poor tummy...! You think I'm some Manner of monster, dont'cha... I don't know what happened! I just looked at him and got hungry, but he was so tasty and– Blugh..."
"I don't think your food is agreeing with you." Cesar noted calmly. But before Henrik could answer, the cat fell forward forward on all fours, and puked all of Kevin onto the floor. The naked mouse coughed and gasped for fresh air, being covered in a nasty green slime and some loose cat hairs.
"Dude, what the fuck?!" Kevin yelled while lying down, before spitting more digestive juices from his lips. "Like hell 'I just jumped into your mouth'...! Shit, the smell is all over me, too... What the fuck was that for?!"
"Henrik is finding out he's a predator, and you were his prey, bro..." Cesar explained as he walked between Henrik and his brother's legs. "But what a sorry excuse of a predator he is... He really needs to learn to keep his food down."
The cat turned back to face him, blushing. "H-Hey...! That was uncalled fo–omMPF?!" As Henrik tried to complain, Cesar shoved Kevin's feet into his open mouth, and the cat instinctively swallowed.
"C-Cesar! What are you doing?!" The naked mouse was flailing frantically as Cesar kept guiding more of him into his friend's gulping maw. "Don't let him eat me... I'm your brother!"
"No... You're his prey, and he's your predator. And he'll finish what he started."
It was clear that Cesar was enjoying this as much as the cat was, pushing his own brother back down the gullet. It was pretty quick to get him back in up to his hips into that esophagus, aided by the lubricating slime. Hendrik started coughing with the slimy mouse in his mouth, and Cesar had to calm him down.
"Keep your focus, breathe slow and steady. Swallow in-between inhales."
Hendrik followed his instructions, making more progress with the rodent in his mouth. Kevin's tail was sticking out next to his head, his arms were already pinned in his throat and being pulled by peristalsis, and his legs were bending to fit into the stomach once again.
"Bro... why?!" It was all that Kevin could say before the cat's maw closed around his head and gulped another time, sending it into his esophagus. The tip of Kevin's tail was still hanging out from his lips.
"Blech... He tasted like – ulp! – vomit this time." He turned to face the other mouse. "You– urk! You a pred, too?"
"Yes," Cesar admitted, "but I never told Kevin."
Kevin's angry face was still bulging through Hendrik's throat, shouting profanities, and it didn't seem like it was sliding any deeper. The cat choked again, and then coughed out the entire mouse once more. He was clutching his stomach after retching a second time. Kevin himself was also exhausted from the ordeal, mumbling on the ground without really moving.
Cesar was impatient. "You lost your focus again! Doesn't the hungry cat want to eat the mouse he caught?"
Hendrik was panting heavily, eyes watering in pain. "I– I can't...!"
Cesar sighed, and squatted in front of the cat to lock eyes, placing a paw on his shoulder. "Do you still want to eat him?"
Henrik actually considered the question for a bit, then nodded coyly.
"Then open up for me. We'll do it again."
The cat shakily opened his maw once more, and let Cesar guide his brother's feet back into his throat.
"Okay, there's no need to rush. Focus on breathing, and swallow when you feel like it. Nice and smooth... He's making it easy for you, aren't you, bro?"
"Guhhh... hate you two..." Kevin grumbled something, but Cesar ignored him.
"Alright, don't get discouraged by the failures, and don't panic. You're at his thighs now, there's much more to go." Another big gulp pulled in more of the mouse, dragging him back into the stomach a third time. "Just like that. Inhale, swallow, exhale... Inhale, swallow, exhale– Yeah, you got it now. See how quick you're eating him?"
"Hmmpf..." Hendrik tried to reply with a full mouth.
"Don't talk now, leave it for when it's over." The cat's belly started to bulge out again. "Keep your stomach relaxed, it's supposed to work around your prey, not against it." Cesar kept lifting his brother's body to angle it more easily into the jaws, and Kevin was in up to his chest. "Mind the shoulders again, it gets easier once they are in your throat, but you'll still need to focus until the end."
He brought his face close to one of Kevin's big round ears, and whispered into it.
"Go easy on him, okay? It's his first time, too."
His brother only had enough energy to groan, before once again he was sealed behind Hendrik's teeth. The cat swallowed more weakly but rhythmically, and the head finally managed to go further than before down Hendrik's neck, before the whole mouse was tucked into his stomach again.
"Ohmygosh... I did it– Hic! It was so hard, even with your help...!"
"Yes, you did it. Get up and lie on the bed, it'll be easier to keep him in."
Hendrik did as he was told, splaying his body with his belly up. His prey was still fighting, but with less conviction than before. Swallowing the mouse three times had clearly taken a toll on both of them.
"My throat is sore... Ugh... Your brother's too big, I think I'm gonna be sick again– Urk!"
Cesar rubbed the distended belly, pushing against the writhing and groaning bulge and causing Hendrik to burp a couple of times, as his stomach released some pressure. "If you do, we'll just try again. I'll help you become a predator, even if it takes all night."
